Commercial Terms

We offer various subscription tiers with different usage quotas, rate limits, and features. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, subject to the terms of your current billing cycle.

Our API is priced per token consumed. Pricing is listed on the Service in USD per 1 million tokens. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

• Payment is due at the time of purchase or at the start of each billing cycle
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout
• All amounts are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Invoices are issued electronically and available in your account dashboard

Prepaid credits are non-refundable and do not expire unless your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service. Credits are consumed in order of purchase on a first-in, first-out basis.

If your usage exceeds your prepaid balance, the Service may be suspended until additional credits are purchased. We are not liable for any interruption of service caused by insufficient balance.

Prepaid credits and subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors or service outages attributable to us.

For high-volume or enterprise use cases, custom pricing and SLA agreements are available. Contact us at enterprise@apideals.org to discuss your requirements.

You are responsible for all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities associated with your use of the Service, excluding taxes based on our net income.
