Fees for the Service are charged according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Beavo Investment Pte. Ltd. You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall Beavo Investment Pte. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
